What's new with the SC Housing Programs
Join us on October 16, 2019 at 5 Med Park, Classrooms 1B from 12pm to 1pm to hear Claude Spurlock give an update on the SC Housing Programs. Claude Spurlock has over 40 years on Mortgage Banking, Production Operations and Loan Servicing. The following information will be discussed:
· We have programs for all buyers - first-time home buyer (we have exceptions for single parents -veterans and someone 100% disabled or someone living in the home that is 100% disabled) can use our Homebuyer Program
· Move up and repeat buyers can use our Palmetto Home advantage Program
· Down payment assistance up to 15,000.00 depending on the program used
· We also have the SC Housing Tax credit program that convert your annual interest on your home mortgage from a federal deduction to a Federal Tax Credit up to $2,000.00 for the life of the loan for only a 800.00 one-time fee paid at closing.
